About

We build upon the cooperation with Liv Arnesen Foundation (LAF) which started in 2010.

What is this about? In this Experts in Team village, the goal is to “use” new media as medium to achieve LAF‘s goals. LAF in general and its 2012 expedition focuses on the global challenge, Water, and its dissemination to children and youth with the ambitious goal of involving 50 millions ones. Focus will be on continuos evaluation of the interaction of the audience (children and youth), the media, and LAF.

Who are we? Letizia Jaccheri will be the leader of this village. She has a long experience with Experts in Team and she has been studying and working with new media art issues for almost ten years. Liv Arnesen is is a lecturer, educator and explorer, see Liv Arnesen Foundation (LAF).

Who are you? The ideal student is curious, motivated, and positive. The ideal scientific background is media practice and theory, computer science, music technology, electronics, architecture, design, and education.

New Media artworks can defined in a simple way as digital images, animations, digital music, computer games, digital poetry and literature, computer based installations, and robots. Art is about communication of a message, being it a poetic, political, personal emotional, global.
